Moscato based amaro aromatized with blessed thistle and cardoons as well as other botanicals to creat a wonderfully balanced aramo full of anise and vanilla on the once and a clean slightly bitter palate. Perfect on it's on as a digestif or a great substitute for bourbon or whiskey in a low-alcohol cocktail
The recipe for this classic aperitivo hasn't changed since 1891. Made with a base of Moscato d'Asti then aromatized with herbs and spices - most notably cinchona, gentian and citrus. This is great served over ice with a slice of orange, you can also top off with sparkling water to release aromas.
